Greetings Williams-Lark Family,

The 2024 Family Reunion will be held in the great state of South Carolina in the city of Columbia. The scheduled events will include fun activities to southern style eating.  These events will accommodate family members of all ages. 

This website was established to keep all Williams-Lark Family members up-to-date with upcoming family events. Please review the information below on the upcoming Family Reunion. Follow the instructions below to paid for you and your party's attendance.

Handwritten Payment Method

Reunion letters will be mailed out by mid January 2024. Included in the letter is a registration form, we require every family to complete this form and return with your check (no cash) payment.

Near the end of this page, you can pay for you and your party's registration fees and t-shirts. However, this website charges an additional ticket and processing fee, which is shown for that specific ticket. 

Instructions:

1. Select the number of attendees in your party for each registration ticket.
2. If purchasing t-shirts, select the number of t-shirts you're purchasing for each t-shirt size.
3. Click the "Purchase Ticket(s)" button.
4. Enter in the required information at the top of the page.
5. Enter in each member of your party first and last name.
6. If you're purchasing t-shirts, enter in each member of your party first and last name and select their t-shirt size.
7. Click the "Continue" button.
8. Review your order and click the "Continue" button.
9. Enter in your payment and billing information, and click the "Pay Now" button.

Room Rate: Guest room rates are $114.00 plus tax per night for a 2 Queens or King Study with Sofa bed nonsmoking.

Thursday – July 25th 

Our fun filled family reunion will kick off in the Conference Room of the Hampton Inn. Here, we will meet, greet, play games, and chat it up with family members we haven't seen in a while starting at 5pm and ending at 10 pm. After the Meet and Greet, everyone can get a good night's rest or spend a night out on the town.

Friday– July 26th

Spend the day exploring the great city of Columbia, SC.

4pm – 8pm Family Cookout at River Birch Shelter of Saluda Shoals Park. Here we will continue to mingle and catch up with family members while enjoying the scenery and yummy southern grilled food.

Saturday– July 27th

Resume exploring the great city of Columbia, SC.

7p – 11p Family Banquet will be held at the Saluda Shoals River Center. We will dine and fellowship together between 8pm - 10pm.

Sunday—July 28th

We will end the reunion with a closing moment … “A Family That Eats Together, Stays Together” Family Breakfast in the Conference Room of the Hampton Inn. Food will be prepared by Hampton Inn and consist of their Free Hot Breakfast.

Feel free to attend a local place of worship. We will be checking out of our hotel and packing vehicles to head home
